How to find the drivers... . Short story:
go here --> [...] --> right side DRIVERS, under the part number search select 88E8075, then select your OS (mine was vista 32) but all of the windows family OS's are there... Download and extract, the go to device manager, right click on the network device (without the driver), select update driver, select browse my computer, then browse to the directory where you extracted the driver, click next and windows should take it from there...
Long story:
Ordered and delivered without an issue, is an oem type product so it comes with no documentation or driver software. Installed this is my low profile dell, no problems there either. Then i booted up (vista 32) no driver... vista couldnt find it online. Multiple searches for this product using its part number and description contained here give me nothing but links to some driver fixer software (for 40 bux... pass on that) and other vendors selling this same product.
After a while I started clicking on the other vendors thinking maybe one of them had a link to the driver, no joy there either. However I did notice in one of the descriptions of the product on another vendor's site that it used the Marvell 88E8075 chipset. After searching for that, I found the Marvell website, then did the steps described in the short story above. Just thought i would post this so maybe others wont get frustrated...
btw, windows calls this product: Marvell Yukon 88E8075 PCI-E Gigabit Ethernet Controller
good luck and hope this helps...

IBM 10/100/1000Mbps Gigabit Ethernet Low Profile PCI Express Adapter Reviews
Great card at great price . I bought this to speed up my connection to my NAS on my slimline DELL. It works great. I am getting 180-190 Mbps write speeds and 480-490 read speads from my NAS. I was nto sure if this would work in a PCIe-16 slot but it does. I am very happy.

IBM 10/100/1000Mbps Gigabit Ethernet Low Profile PCI Express Adapter Opinions
Works as expected . Perfectly working little network card. It popped right in and was working right on the spot.
Had it for several weeks now and things are working as expected.

Great low-profile network card . This card works great. No problems installing it on an old WinXP computer, and it fit perfectly in the low-profile slot.
Great Card . I got this for my HP Slimline and it fit perfectly in the tiny case. It does not come with drivers, so you need to find them online. Read the review by Tech Dad above; it explains exactly where to find the right driver.
read description carefully . Doesn't fit in a standard tower-type case. The bracket and card are both low profile. I think a better description would have a warning that it will not fit in standard desktop/tower cases.
Cons Review
Lo Profile Adapter!! Buyer Beware... no Hi Profile bracket included!! . From an electronics standpoint, this is an awesome adapter. I accidentally ordered them in Low Profile, and no High Profile adapter is included. They were unuseable, and had to be returned, so I lost money and time. My mistake, but annoying none the less.
