It does work with Window7 with workaround . Must use static ip address for it to work with any OS. Then set the wireless connection.
You also have to download your specific printer driver onto the computer that is going to
use the printer. Add a network printer on the computer, it will show if you setup the wireless correctly.
Once priner show up, choose a manual connection by supplying the static ip set. Print test page and you are good to go.

Airlink101 AMPS240W Wireless Multi-Functional Print Server Reviews
Slick Little Device At a Great Price! . After reading many of the reviews, I was a little hesitant in purchasing this print server, but the price was right and with my technical background I felt that I should be able to configure it. I honestly do not understand what all of the negative reviews on this product were about, as I simply followed the instructions provided with the print server, and it came right up. I did have a slight problem with it coming up with a hard coded IP address being the same as my router, instead of being set for DHCP as default, but I quickly resolved that issue, and all worked like a charm. This is truly a slick little device, and I was able to attach my other systems using the static IP address that I set when going through the initial setup process. After getting it configured, which I did using a laptop with Windows 7 64-bit, was able to disconnect the patch cable and utilize the wireless. All three of my systems have Windows 7 64-bit versions on them, two with Ultimate (a desktop and a laptop), and one with Home Premium (also a laptop). I do have to say that I am only using it with a standard laser printer, and not a multi-function printer, so I am not able to comment on the functionality of those pieces. I am very pleased with this purchase and would highly recommend it to anyone.

Airlink101 AMPS240W Wireless Multi-Functional Print Server Opinions
Great product and great price! . Very easy to install by just following the instructions. I don't know why people have problems with this print server. The trick to get consistent printing result is not to use DHCP but static IP setting. After setting SSID correctly the print server and the printer can be placed anywhere in the house. I can print documents wirelessly from my notebook and desktop without encountering any issue. I couldn't be happier with this purchase.

Worked perfectly with Server 2008 and Canon Printer . Purchased to connect a Canon Printer to a Systemax running Server 2008 OS. The printer was a floor above the server and on the other side of the building. Running a CAT 5 cable to it was just not feasible. Bought this and was up and running with in 5 minutes. I installed the software on the server with no problems and in very little time. I have had no problems with it in over a year's time. Highly recommend!
Works Great once it's Installed . Pros:
1. Easy to use once it's installed. Print from any computer on the network, wired or wireless almost immediately. Never have any problems even after rebooting the cable modem or the wireless hub.
2. Multiple systems working on the same network. I have Windows 7, Windows XP both able to print.
Cons:
1. Installation was complicated. It requires a static IP address and was defaulted to the same as my wireless network.
2. Did not work with WPA encryption. Had to use WEP which is less secure.
3. Limited to one printer. I have a photo printer I would love to have been able to hook up as well.
Overall it's a pretty cool little device that I have taken for granted and forget it's even there. I routinely print documents in my office downstairs from my laptop while laying in bed at night, and my kids are able to print from all their laptops and from my desktops with out any problems. Previously I had the printer hooked up to a desktop, and had to share the printer and couldn't print unless the desktop was running (waste of power). I would recommend this to someone who is tech savvy, knows someone that is, or is patient enough to try and figure out the installation and setup.

Works fine for Win 7 . Just to clarify the Win7 setup, use DCHP to discover the IP address and then type that in the Manual IP setup (ie static IP).
slukster . While skeptical about this print server working with my Canon IP4000 (not a multi-function printer) considering it is not listed as a compatible printer and because of the reviews, I took a chance when I found a great price ($22 including shipping) at another website. I am running Windows 7 64bit on my HP G72 laptop. I followed the quick install guide and got my printer up and running with minimal problems. Most of my problems were caused by me jumping ahead in the install process without following the directions provided to the letter. After printing out my first page I was ecstatic that it worked for me. The only thing I have not been able to do is have it work wirelessly. What I mean is that when I disconnect the patch cable from the print server to the wireless router, it won't print. Connect it and it prints perfectly. Since I plan on keeping my printer and wireless router located in the same area this will not be an issue for me. If I needed my router and printer to be in different areas then I would try fixing my problem trying to get the printer to connect wirelessly to my router. Since I no longer need to connect the printer cable directly to the laptop I can print wirelessly from anywhere in the house.
P.S. - I would consider myself above average when it comes to computers and their installation but I am far from being an expert.

Cons Review
won't work with windows 7 . it works on windows xp. i bought it for my windows 7 and spoke to airlink tech support and told me that it won't work with win 7. also, my dell 1600n laser printer is not compatible.
Airlink101 AMPS240W had inadequate instructions never could get it working . I bought the Airlink101 AMPS240W to use with my Canon MFP, thinking that several PCs on my small office network could share the unit. I followed the installation directions, but could not get the unit to address any of the printer's functions.
I'm very experienced with networking, but I gave up after a hour of fiddling and called Airlink's tech support. The tech support guy spent another hour trying to get it working, without success. My office network is the simplest plain vanilla affair, so I figured there must be some problem with the unit, or else the instructions are inadequate.
I advised "g_book_man", the seller, that I was unable to get the unit working, asked for an RMA, and was refused. I finally had to file a claim with Amazon. It PAYS to spend a buck or two more, if necessary, for something at Amazon - they always come to bat for you!

It only do what needs to do that's it. . It's a very basic device, Do exactly what needs to do, print wiresly in a LAN environment.
I would like to do more things with this device (let's say advance features) like, printing in WAN environment, use of IPP (Internet Printing), etc. But it doesn't work for that, and when you call support.... hmmm I have to say that it sucks!
They tell you that IPP is not supported (when that box and manual says that it is supported), they don't know how to resolve issues and even they close the tickets without your approval.
So my recommendation is, if you just need a device to make you printer wireless without any kind of advance feature and any kind of support. Go for this.
