Works with Qwest/CenturyLink but Apathetic Tech Support . Initially, I couldn't get this to work with Qwest/Century Link despite it having pre-configuration for Qwest. I troubleshot the best I could using the pdf included, but didn't get it to work. I called ASUS' tech support. The guy kept telling me to plug the RJ45 phone line into the WAN port... but there is not WAN port on a DSL modem, let alone phone lines being RJ45. I spent a few minutes explaining to him what a DSL modem was and it uses a phone line; he responds with "yeah, the WAN port is the blue one."I asked if I should just return it and he said yes.I tried again and was able to get this to work on my Qwest/CenturyLink DSL. Seems to work fine. No issues since.
