Asante makes the best switches by far . Plugged it in and it worked. Like all my Asante switches. I have been using them for over 15 years without issue in my office and customer locations. I take care of the art and graphic departments and web hosting sites that serve databases and mail servers. Our business office which is a very simple network has its own IT contractor. He used Netgear switches, and 2 out of three have failed in just a few years.
