Netgear FS728TP Review . With traffic on networks increasing and new devices being regularly added, you need a network switch that will not only cope with your current demmand, but will also be futureproof. The FS728TP does all that. With power over ethernet it can provide power to voice over IP phones on your network, remote webcams, etc therefore removing the need for local power sources for them.
This really is a switch that suits all users - from the basic user this is effectively plug and play - just connect your devices and it works out of the box. With other more advanced features such as QoS, SNMP, Web based configuration & DHCP it offers plenty of configurability for the more advanced user as well.
All in all, this is a great value for money switch with the performance and reliability that Netgear are known for. A highly recommended product!

NETGEAR Switch 24-PT 10/100MBPS Poe Reviews
Good switch . I had an urgent need to set up a test lab and didn't have thousands of dollars to spend on a Cisco switch.I was able to trunk a few VLAN's to my Cisco switch and even enabled 802.1x authentication on some of the ports and it worked well. Even though it's a 10/100 switch, it was nice to have some gigabit ports for uplink, and the ability to use SFP modules means that I could have used a fiber SFP module to use a Fiber uplink.I selected this switch because it has PoE on every port (many 24 port PoE switches only provide power on 12 ports), and the PoE worked well for me - I had a PoE device in nearly every port and it powered them all.I'll still use Cisco on my core infrastructure, but I was happy with the performance and configurabilty with this switch.

Excellent for my avaya system . instead of having ac adapters for each avaya phone, i opted to use this POE switch
