Best Modem I Have Used . This modem replaced a Motorola SB 5101 modem. I was constantly having to reset the other modem and getting slow speeds. I was blaming Comcast for the problem since the other modem was only a month old. After installing this modem I have not had to reset it at all and the speeds are constantly at maximum for the area. Be sure to check with your local internet provider that the modem will work with their service. Some providers still do not provide the new 3.0 service. The only negative I have is with the red activity indicator light that blinks constantly.

Great Cable modem . I wanted to buy a Docsis 3.0 modem and this Motorola SB6120 seems to fit the bill.
The item arrived in very reasonable time(to Canada) and was exactly as pictured from the seller's photo.
I sent the Customer SN and MAC ID to my ISP and it was good to go.
The Customer SN and MAC ID was at the back of the modem and there was extra stickers with the same info in the box.
Inside the box there was the Modem, Power cord/adapter, and an ethernet cable all packaged nicely(new).
There is no manual but it can easily be downloaded from the Motorola site(simple google search. In fact, I'm all for paperless manuals.
Overall, I am very satisfied with this purchase. For those in GTA(greater Toronto Area), I would recommend buying this from this seller.

Cons Review
If you are buying on Amazon from State Street Deals..... . Be careful. When I tried to activate the modem, Comcast would not accept it. Tech said that indicated the model had been used before.
