Easy easy setup . Arrived on time, perfect shape. But most important to me was that it was trivially easy to set up in Windows 7.

Good access point terrible product . First, let me point out that I know networking. I have patents on networking. I know what I'm doing.
But, for the first 30 minutes of setting up this product I rather wished they had shipped me a box of warm, stinky fecal matter in the box. I would even be willing to warm it up in the microwave to gain the full experience rather than deal with this product.
Why? Well, the product claims to be 'refurbished', but the refurbishment process apparently doesn't include installing the latest firmware or even a factory reset. The latest firmware is over eight months old, so there really is no excuse for that. The installed firmware doesn't work. Even loading the web interface is problematic and flaky. Trust me, there was NO QA performed on the original firmware at all. They didn't even try turning it on. Pathetic.
However, once the firmware was upgraded, it got pretty usable and was a breeze to set up once connected. As an AP, it's reliable, fast, capable and has a surprisingly large range.
For those trying to make this work, here is what you need to do.
1) After power up, use a pin to hold the reset button for 10 seconds to reset to factory defaults. Without doing this, you will not be able to log in.
2) Go to your DHCP server and get the IP address of the unit. (If you don't know how to do this, don't buy this product.)
3) Open the found IP address in your browser. Login is username: <leave blank> password:admin
4) For the few people left, go here to get the latest firmware: [...]
5) Install the firmware upgrade if you can get the administration page to load.
6) Go to the wireless page on the device and switch to 'Manual Mode'
7) Set up the WiFi parameters. (I used 5GHz with WPA2 security.) Note that basic settings and security are different tabs.
8) Open a beer and take advantage of the faster WiFi to look for more stuff to buy on Amazon. That's why the Internet was invented, isn't it? But what are we to do with all the cardboard?

Easy setup/positivie results...so far . My wireless network uses Cisco modem and wireless N router and my Blu-ray DVD Wi-Fi players and computers are also wireless N, so I bought this refurbished access point to replace an unreliable wireless G AP. Due to the placement required to "spread my signal" it was no doing its job but after several weeks of with the WAP610NRM, streaming Netflix is like watching a DVD it's so smooth. I would recommend this product.

great Router . Easy setup and works great. I was afraid of buy a refurbished product, but I have had not problems with this one.
Cons Review
Access point is NOT a repeater. . Fast shipping, but I bought this on the bad advice of a "Professional" who told me that it would work as a repeater. Never could get it to work, but not the fault of the seller, their return policy dioes not include refurbished items, so it makes a great paperweight.
