Power Connection Problems . I installed the card the day it arrived. Installation went according to instructions, until it came time to install a power connection. The "Y" power cable included with the card is a nice idea, but for those with newer computers be advised that Molex power connectors have been replaced with SATA connectors in your PC. That means that the Molex cord provided is of no use without a "convertor cable" for SATA to Molex.
Now I must wait for my next trip into a larger town or pay postage on a $4 convertor cable before using USB 3.
There is a less expensive convertor plug also available, that would have been really nice if it had been included with the card so that any PC could have upgraded.
Disappointing.

Current Driver Support - Where?! . Experience with F4U023:
It's a "super speed" USB 3.0 so it worked with my Blackmagic intensity shuttle...
but the drivers that come with this Belkin F4U023 are packed in a single exe, so no manual install of drivers without running the setup file from the included install CD. For windows 7 x64 SP1 the drivers seemed to have "maybe" caused some conflicts with my Marvel Yukon network adapter. Restore point just prior to Belkin install fixed the issue.
MAJOR CON:
THERE ARE (currently) NO apparent downloadable new drivers from Belkin.com for this at this time (9/10/2011) which is really irritating.
To me it's REALLY aggravating when these manufactures do not include consumer searchable download links to their drivers.

It works . After trying a less expensive card which caused my system to crash, I tried this one. It works like a charm, so far at least. I haven't done any performance tests, partly because I don't yet have any USB 3.0 devices.

Cons Review
No support for Windows 7 Restore . The drivers for this product were in a bundle of somoe sort, so (I guess) the install software would determine your OS and then install the necessary drivers. However, if you put your backup drive on an USB 3.0 port and use this card, you will be prompted to reload the driver. Unfortuantely, the drivers are in a file format the Windows 7 restore process does not recognize, so anything connected to your USB 3.0 ports cannot be accessed. I emailed support about this, and they never responded. Too bad, because I thought Belkin made good products. This one really gives Belkin a black eye. I returned this card and replaced it with a Pluggable 3.0 expansion card. Works great, and pluggable technical support is amazing.
UNUSEABLE - NO DRIVERS INCLUDED WITH SHIPMENT . No driver CD was shipped with package.
Belkin does not have drivers downloadable anywhere.
