Works well but has one issue . It will work even if you don't have a bluetooth stack on your computer. In other words, you don't have to load software onto your computer to use it (unlike many other bluetooth adapters). You plug in the D200 and computer sees it as an audio playback device. Its automatically selected as the default sound device, and when you unplug it, the default audio device reverts to what it was before using the D200. The D200 has 2 very favorable features: 1. Its only function is to be a stereo audio link to Bluetooth speakers or headphones. There's no sharing the Bluetooth link with other devices that can interrupt the sound. The second very favorable thing is that it's Class 1 - The bluetooth radio transmitter is more powerful than most Bluetooth devices. The powerful transmitter is also the D200's unfavorable feature. It can interfere with your wireless internet connection (It blasts into your laptop's wireless internet radio receiver, desensitizing it to the weaker WIFI signal, kind of like shouting in your ear while you're trying to listen to someone whispering. If you use the D200 to listen to Internet radio on your laptop, connected wirelessly to the internet, you may hear LOUD pops, clicks and crackles. The cure is to use a USB extension cable to move the D200 away from the computer.

Works with ubuntu 10.4 . Works with my ubuntu 10.4. Only issue was that the bluetooth icon didn't come up on screen when I plugged this in, so I thought it wasn't compatible at first. But, after a some experimentation, I saw that it was in fact working. Just need to go to sound preferences and you'll see it there.

Plugged it into my PC running Vista & it paired with my Jaybird SB2s within seconds! . I am very satisfied with this device. You can't beat the price and ease of use. Sound quality is excellent!
Motorola blu-stereo usb adaptor . I purchased this item 1 year ago and works perfectly with my Sony bluetooth headsets. Some people have said this adaptor interferes with other devices: I work in a big office (with hundreds of employees) and this device has never interfered with neither wireless network or phone communications.
Easy Setup Good Sound . I bought this when I was having problems using a bluetooth mouse and headphones at the same time on one of my windows machines, and it has proven to be a great purchase - just plug it in and go! It works great for both music and chat sessions with my Motorola S305 headset and has saved me the additional expense of buying a USB headset for my PC.
Great product! . no need to install drivers. Just plug and play. Great product at a sweet price.
Cons Review
Buy something else . Since my headphones were Motorola S9 I thought the Motorola D200 Bluetooth Stereo USB PC Adaptor dongle would work better than my current bluetooth dongle in my second computer. The device however is a poor bluetooth dongle with wery limited range. If you are more than 2 or 3 feet away it will lose reception. My Asus USB-BT21 work from 10-15 feet away and is the same price. Plus the Asus is tiny the Motorola is 3-4 times larger. On the plus side Windows 7 recognized the Motorola D200 immediately loaded all drivers and activated the device with no interventions from me. Bottom line is it does work but there are better bluetooth stereo dongles on the market.
Doesn't work . The behavior of this product is so weired. It doesn't work as we expected. Any video is started with audio output thru this port can't be switched to speaker mode in between video. We need to restart video. If we disconnect bluetooth adaptor, audio stops working. Some times we need to restart computer.
Bad Bluetooth Audio Adapter . This is the worse Bluetooth audio adapter i have tried it is choppy and has static.
