Fantastic DB9 Serial adapter . Most PC's these days do not include a DB9 / Serial port, this adapter is the solution to that deficiency. I can understand why these are not included on most PC's as most people do not reuqire them. For those that do, this is truly a fantastic DB9 serial adapter & is highly recommended. This product is high quality and has great support for drivers from the Belkin website. My favorite feature of this product are the status lights: Link, TX & RX which illuminate as data is transferred giving a visual indication of activity.

Belkin Doesn't Support it For Windows 7 64 Bit - But it Can Work . If you search re 64 bit support, Belkin tells you it does not work and tells you to buy a different product which does work. However someone kindly posted this link where you can download a driver for this product for 64 bit - in my case Windows 7.

Just what I wanted . Maybe it was just me, but I looked in all of the stores around here and no one carried this item. Cbale was needed to program my radios. My first look on Amazon and found it. Exactly what I wanted.
