Works very well . I've always had good luck w/ Rosewill products. Been using this hub for less than 6 months. It works very well. Small foot print. 7 USB 2.0 ports - 5 are powered. The 2 on the end are not. They work w/ or w/o power connected to the hub. Particularly like that the powered ports are switched (have a power on/off rocker switch). Comes in quite handy. Great, too, for laptops w/ under/low-powered USB bus (esp. mini's and netbooks). Use it to connect external hard drives, optical drive, wireless transceiver, scanner, etc. This hub is a practical addition to any computer user's or technician's gadget collection.

Great for charging wireless mice . I use this so my wireless mouse can charge on it's USB powered cradle when the computer is off. Had it for over a year and still going strong.
Cons Review
Died after two weeks . I bought this USB hub with the intention of connecting 3 external hard disks to use as backups for my laptop. While it was slow, it seemed to work well enough at first, but it unfortunately died after just over 2 weeks. Now, if I try to connect a hard disk or flash drive, I get an error message. If I try to connect a printer, it always shows the printer as offline. As a result, I cannot recommend this hub. I will try to send it back for a refund.
