After two Belkin's failed in one year I tried this.. . After two Belkin's failed in one year, I tried this Cyber Power usb 4 port. I don't know anything about the company, but the device works perfectly now for several months, and shows no problems at all.
It's not even worth the trouble to try and get my money back from Belkin, and those cost three times as much as this Cyber Power.

Not bad at all . I purchased one of these when browsing Electronics at our local Wal-Mart. I was looking for a small and compact USB hub (3 or 4-port) and I ran across this. I don't know much about the CyberPower brand name, but I was very impressed with this hub and how it's worked thus far. I placed some double-sided tape on the bottom and have it sticking to a part on my desk for easy access and it's worked great for running my multiple USB-capable hardware such as my printer, web camera, & external hard drive. I would recommend this hub to anyone looking for more USB ports to plug into. *Thumbs up* !

It Lights Up . This hub works as advertised. It's a bit awkward having to plug two usb cords into each side. But the most annoying thing is - it lights up. The bright blue glow is very distracting when you're trying to watch tv, read, or sleep in the same room as your computer. I can't figure any way to turn off the light (besides unplugging it).

Great USB Hub ! . I had one of these, moved and left it behind accidentally. I bought another one to replace the one i left.
What is so good about this one, is that it has it's own 110 power source, so it's not powered totally on your computer USB power. If any of you have a Magic Jack, this is a MUST!You don't have to plug the MJ into your PC USB anymore, and the phone quality improves 100 percent!! 4 ports, along with power lights that look nice.
Hard to find in local stores, because it's sold out very quickly. It does cost more here, but it's worth every penny..:)

Bought it as a gift for my son . My son says that he's happy with the USB 2.0 - 4 Port Hub. It works great and he was really pleased with it. So far, no problems with the hub.
Good powered hub for extra devices . It does just what it should, with no qualms. The lights are bright, but small squares of electrical tape can take care of that easily. I used one for 2 years without problem. Better than the Belkin products from what I hear :)
USB hub . I purchased two of these hubs because they were powered. I have purchased other hubs that eventually do not work with some device because they cannot power the device. So far these are fine. Will not power external fan
No Complaints! . I have had this device for over two years now. I used it first on my desktop, and then when I got a notebook I used it to connect all my extra stuff up to the notebook. The device works very well. It is plug and play which makes it easy to move to a different computer.
I would be purchasing this again, however since I have sold my desktop I now have so many devices that 4 just doesn't cut it anymore. I will have to get a 7 hub to go along with this device.

WORKS FINE . This unit is relatively small, lays nice and flat, and works just fine. (According to the instructions, you can use the HUB without using the DC power adapter. For optimum performance, they do recommend however that you use the power adapter. )
The blue light is somewhat strong! I tapped some aluminum foil and ducktape over it, and now there is just a very soft and nice blue glow coming from it. It is actually very pleasant now.
If the light bothers you, just tape something over it. It is not a big problem!
