Haven't had any issues . This product does what it says works great I have 4 monitors running off of this device. About to hook up two more monitors to it.

Good Customer Service GREAT PRICE . Bought this item to drive several displays on long cables around a fire station. Unit failed after 20 days of operation, called StarTech and they replaced it without question. Big surprise - I paid $60 for my unit, the replacement required a short term hold on my credit card until they received the failed one back - hold was for $120. Glad it all worked out, new unit has been in continuous use for 3 months with no issues.
