good deal . 600ma tx 400ma rx. Ordered Thursday and it was in the mail box Monday. Beats my brothers two laptops' internal adapters and pc's pci adapter with -56dbm signal and -92dbm noise. Sees 10 networks in Chillicothe, Ohio. 128bit wep. Internal printed antenna and 5dbi rp-sma screw on. Dual band N. Windows 2k through 7, Mac and Linux. Remember to click cancel when Windows tries to auto-install hardware since it comes with it's own disk. It does work with Windows zero configuration utility and it auto connects on startup with it's own. Just right click to switch. Has ccx, tx burst, wmm, tcp window size, fast roaming, radio on/off, multiple bssid support, and I haven't tried the software ap mode yet... 93mm L 67mm W 34mm H. 0 to 55 Celsius operating temp. The box shows more info.

The best I have tried. . I had been using an USB stick type wireless, but it could not keep a strong link from my bedroom. With this wireless it works great. It is amazing how just two extra bars can make my computer work faster on the internet.

It works well . It gives me a good strength of service over network signals that my laptop can't pick from inside of a building, which allows me to use internet. However if it a network that can be pick-up by my laptop they work at the same speed.

do not buy from DBRoss NJ . was not the same as in advertisement but does work much better with an extention wire and must be 2.0cert. wire or it won't work at full speed or some times at all!!Place it some where there are very few electronics and it works great! worth the price to me but I'm still not going to give up my HIRO INC. USB adapter that works so much better!!!cost more but you get what ya pay for!!
works great! . nice price,gets reception from far distances and works well with my windows 7 desktop as far as how fast it is i dont really know but i got it so i could be wire-free with my desktop that has plenty of em.
Wow! Delightfully Surprised! . I recently moved into a new apartment, which is located across the street from the leasing office (which has free wi-fi). The Time Warner guy gave me a basic NetGear usb adapter but the only signal I could pick up was a neighbor's unsecured connection (and only at 18% signal strength). After reading the reviews, I got this and all I can say is wow! Not only is the leasing office's wi-fi (which didn't even register on the other adapter) coming in at 70%, but I am also picking up the airport wi-fi which is about 5 miles away!!!!! I was skeptical with buying a no-name brand adapter, but the price was right and I am truly amazed at the reception I am getting. Don't hesitate -- buy this adapter today!

not worth it . I bought this to boost signal from one house to another. It says it works upto 1000 meters and the distance I needed covered was half of that. It does not pick up any signal even at that distance.
dont work with windows 7 . dont make the same mistake i did and be like "well it says vista and xp maybe its compatible with 7" well its not

Is this B/G or B/G/N? . I just purchased this and have not yet had a chance to try it out, but I am confused...the title and my receipt say this supports wireless n, but the box and the specs say only b/g. I will not be happy if it does not support wireless n. Does anyone know for sure? I will adjust my star rating when I know the truth!
Update: Gets very good signal strength, but as feared it is not connecting at Wireless N, in fact the included utility does not offer and settings other than wireless g. Disappointed, but at least I get strong and reliable connection.
