Works great for my laptop . Two other reviewers slammed this router for performance issues with TiVo and Xbox. I use neither of those products, but this router has worked really well with both my MacBook an my PC laptops. I use it regularly from the basement of my house as well as on my back porch, and performance has been strong and reliable. When my in-laws needed a router, I bought another one and installed it for them. That router has delivered the same reliable performance and range.

Works good for me . I bought this on Woot deal for about $20 sometime ago. With that price, I was not expecting much except for it to work. I finally installed it hoping to get a better connection for my newly purchased ROKU box. This is my second wireless router, The ROKU box is too far from my first wireless router and was constantly having connection problem. Even when the connection was good, it was too slow to stream any HD programming. I installed this Belkin router on the same side of the house (still different floor) and now I have no connection problem, and the HD programs are as smooth as live TV. I have some existing Ethernet wiring in the house to allow me to put this new router closer to the ROKU box. Just not close enough to connect it directly into the ROKU box.
There was one pleasant surprise I was not expecting. This router can be programmed as a access point instead. This way, it also acts as a 4 port Ethernet switch. For me, since this is my second router on the network, I just set it up as an access point, so it will just extend my home network instead of creating another subnetwork. This is important to me because I share NAS and Printers from some of my PCs at my home network.

Works fine . No problems. I don't think the range is all that terrific but it suits my needs. Pretty good price.

Good Router . Haven't had any issues yet. Hopefully none will arise. Easy to install. Owned for 2 months now.
Cons Review
Does not work with Xbox Live . I purchased this router when my netgear kicked the bucket. Upon installation it became clear that this router did not work with Xbox Live. The ability to modify the strictness of the NAT is not available to the user. Additionally attempts to use DMZ and Port forwarding as well as uPNP were all unsuccessful. For browsing this is fine, but it has problems with VOIP and XBox Live.
annoying lost signal . The main problem with mine is it will lose the signal every 5-10 mins, at first I thought the antennas. I adjust everything so I have a "very good" signal to which it eventually goes to "low" then I will lose connection for a few seconds. After a few seconds Im back to "very good" signal the whole time back and forth, this gets REALLY ANNOYING ALMOST AS BAD AS ALL CAPS ANNOYING, but far worse. I do have my xbox connected to it but its wired to the xbox directly (didn't want to spend the money on xbox card) but it will from time to time lose that connection as well, just not as often still annoying. I tried their different drivers and beta versions that I can find but nothing, I will hopefully soon get a new different brand router. After searching online im not the only person to have these problems that never get resolved, hopefully my next router isn't as bad, I didn't even want wireless my g/f bought it for me for her laptop I thank her for the gift but belkin needs to build a better product.
Horrible Router . I bought this router just to use as an interconnect between my TiVo and my computer ... after many, many calls to Belkin, it is still a worthless piece of junk! DON'T BUY BELKIN !!!
