Good USB Hub . I bought this recently and am pretty satisfied with it. Its a good USB hub for those who like compact, classy stuff - all 4 USB ports are aligned in a 2x2 matrix at the front. The design of the hub is classy (no fancy looking flower shaped hubs etc.). The connecting wire is coated with hard polymer/plastic to give it a strong yet flexible feel. I bought it for $5 and combined it with another order for free super saver shipping so definitely a good buy at that price.

Not a great design . This works. I can put in 4 flash drives at once without issue. The problem with this is the 2x2 arrangement, any bulky items like my wireless mouse will not fit with other items. If all you have is small connectors then you are fine, just avoid big usb products or get a different one with more clearance space like a turtle or bar shape.

No Frills . It's cheap, it does what I need it to do.
It's also cheap. Mediocre build quality. Spacing between sockets may not be enough or larger USB plugs. It's pretty ugly too. But I keep mine tucked away. The length of the cable to the hub itself is about 6 inches. Plan accordingly. It doesn't have any activity LEDs for those who would like to avoid them.
I use mine to link USB-MIDI equipment so I have little power requirement. Get a powered hub if you'll be using more power-hungry items.

Works like a charm . I bought this for my girlfriend because I often found myself asking her to scan documents for my and save them onto my jump drive, or color print from my jump drive. At first it seemed to take longer than it should until I realized her older Latitude only had one USB port which necessitated a lot of plugging and unplugging. Since buying this hub for her, she can print, scan and save without all the hassle.
