Good speed Good range. . I went through some minor trial and error processes when first setting up this router. Mainly due to limitations of the laptops connecting to it wirelessly. Once I got the bugs worked out this thing performs well. I have a solid signal throughout my three story home and outside. the security features were easy to set up and my connection speed is good. I bought this router initially for $90 but the price has dropped significantly since then. I come from an IT background and discovered that their helpdesk is not the most knowledgable I have ever encountered. Its a good solid product.

AIRLINK MIMO RX 802.11G ROUTER UP TO 2500 FEET Reviews
Great Wireless router . I bought this $40 MIMO router several weeks ago. It is packed with features and works like a charm. Very strong signal throughout my entire home. I like the interface and features better than Linksys. Also the signal strength is much better than Linksys.

AIRLINK MIMO RX 802.11G ROUTER UP TO 2500 FEET Opinions
Okay so far . Update: (1 month later)
works great with airlink pci card, hp laptop, and dell laptop. which uses atheors, broadcom, and intel centrino chipsets respectively. haven't needed to restart the router, but the cable modem still craps out under heavy p2p load. found out that if I cap the p2p a little then everything is peachy.
I would change my rating to 4 stars but amazon doesn't seem to allow that.
-----------------------------------------------
I had a D-link DI-624 Extreme 108Mbps router which would drop my wireless connection when hammered with hundress of connection generated with my p2p app.
I found this router for cheap and decided to give it a try. so far (1st day) so good, has not droped my wireless connection yet.
I have to say the signal strength is not any better than the non MIMO D-link though. The instructions booklet and pdf file were extemely terse.
but for $30 I'm not complaining.
To the other reviewer who could not get it working, you probably want to reset your cablemodem before you power up your router. My cable modem does not seem to want to re-assign an IP to my router (both Dlink and airlink) unless it is from a fresh powerup.
As for the airlink PCI card, I got the latest driver from airlink101.com. It is not windows certified but it works for me.

After a Firmware update it has been amazing. . I had some link issues for a month and finally updated the firmware. It has been running for a year and a half now with not a single failure since the update. Strong signal throughout my whole house.
Airlink MIMIO Performed Well In Harsh Environment . This Airlink MIMO wireless router was installed on a ranch with multiple single and two-level structures. While it might be a stretch to say it supports 1250 feet in usable signal, it really did perform well. It was installed inside a second floor office and was easily able to support connectivity to a ground floor building 200 feet away. The setup and configuration was easy, and it did well to carry and support the internet connection provided via satellite. For the functionality, the price was excellant.
works as advertised . I bought this one online. It came with a cat5 cable and a cd.
I got it to work after about an hour and I am not an expert
at all. It works best when it's set to 802.11b which clocked
in at 54Mb/s according to my laptop. great range too. And it
was the cheapest I could find.

Okay for the price . In a nutshell, I would recommend a better router for a little bit more.
Pros: Web-based interface is fairly easy to use, gets good wireless range.
Cons: Could not get full downlink speed (only 1/2) compared to my old 4-port non-wireless Linksys router (tried Tech Support, turned off firewall, etc.), customer service was probably as helpful as most others (still could not resolve the speed issue), first router died in less than a day (this is the second one), instructions are not useful.
If I had to do over, or possibly a third time, I would go with something else even if it has less range. With the download speed issue, I am now just using it as a wireless access point hooked up to my old Linksys 4-port router.

Cons Review
Permanently died in 1 1/2 years . I bought this router and its corresponding PCI wireless card about 1 1/2 years ago. I was never able to get the wireless PCI card to register this router, although it could find the neighbor's signal across the street. About 8 months ago, I purchased a MacBook and was able to get the signal on that. But after a couple months the signal kept cutting in and out. I thought it was the Mac Airport. It finally died last week. I tried resetting it and only managed to get the wired connections to register, but my MacBook couldn't find the wireless signal. I purchased a Linksys speedbooster WRT54GS to replace it and immediately noticed a difference in both speed and range. I should have dumped the Airlink months ago.
Did not work . I bought this router and its corresponding 108 Mbps PCI wireless card and returned both on the same day. I began by hooking the router up to a cable modem. The router's LED displayed that it was receiving an ethernet signal from the modem, however the router IP was all zeros by default. I went into the router setup via internet browser and tried to assign an IP following the somewhat limited instructions and trouble shooting that arrived with the unit. Despite my efforts, I could not assign an IP to the router. After calling the manufacturer 800 number on a weekday during business hours, I could not find anyone to answer the phones. Frustrated, I tried to install the PCI card in another PC in a different room. Upon installing the driver from the CD-ROM, an error message pops up stating that the product does not pass windows testing. I am running Windows XP Home with latest service packs. I chose to install anyway and after installation I saw the utility appear in the start menu. I tried to open it but apparently the software was not properly installed because of the error message I received. I tried the card in several PCI slots but nothing helped. I returned both of the products the same day I bought them. I was attracted by the great pricing of this product, but you know what they say, if a deal is to good to be true it probably is.
