Actually a 5 port USB... . There are 4 external ports, and 1 internal port which faces directly out the back end of the card. You can see it in the picture, it's the silver connecter on the back edge. I connected a USB Bluetooth device to this internal port, which has worked out quite well. I've been using this card for six months and it has performed flawlessly.

Good card . Great card. Plug and play compatible for windows XP. Installed it and it does exactly what it's supposed to. Didn't work in my PCIe x1 slot - but I'm not sure if my hardware is at fault or the card. Works in my PCIe x4 slot though and gave me four more USB ports!
