Trouble free . I have used this modem for about 4 months rented from Comcast for $7/month. After a while, I have decided to buy my own docsis 3.0 modem to save in the long run. My first choice was Motorola SB6121 SURFboard DOCSIS 3.0 Cable Modem but when it arrived, it did not work ([...]). Then I found that I can get the same brand and model as I already have so I did not hesitate and I am happy for that.
I have ordered on Friday, the modem was shipped on Saturday and I got it on Monday. Excellent service from 'Modem Land' seller.
The modem worked like charm and I was up and running after about 15 minutes with Comcast online self registration.
