It is NOT new . It works and my original one was starting to have problems, so I needed this to continue my T-Mobile @Home service. These are no longer being made, so if you have T-Mobile @Home service and want to be able to continue using it, purchase one or two of these so that as they wear out, you'll have replacements (and they do wear out).

I used to live in 300 sq.feet apartment and the signal was OK.
However, you won't be able to find the signal on the different floor or 30+ feet away from the router.

Working great! . My original T-mobile @home router died so I purchased this as a replacement. It works like the original, phone service and all.

Bought as a backup for my current unit Works but.... . Usually when you get a refurb there is at least some attempt to make the unit look as close to new as possible. Sadly, for this unit, someone took a permanament marker and wrote over the logos on the router. Judicious use of a Magic Eraser brought back most of the logos.
