I was surprised... . I was completely surprised by these little dongles. They work perfectly! I have WinXP on my desktop computer and the OS found the dongle right off and installed drivers &tc. I could connect my phone and upload or download with ease. The other reviewer here (LinkofAuburn) mentioned a different software - The Win drivers and software for Bluetooth leave much to be desired - you can only download one photo at a time, which is annoying and time-consuming. I'm looking for a different software to run the upload/download operations. OS software aside though, I'm quite happy with my purchase as they work great! Packed in sets of two is great because I needed one for my desktop and one for my laptop!

Good Buy! . Good value! plugged it in my laptop's USB 2.0, XP found the correct driver online. Works well. No hassle! Haven't tried other available products that are even cheaper.

It works! . Why do so few laptops come with Bluetooth these days? Still, not a problem, plug one of these mini dongles in and there you go, you have Bluetooth. Worked straight away on both my Bluetoothless laptops, and cheap too. Recommended.

What to do with the little "blockage"? . I am used to USB 2.0 plugs having and "up" side and a "down" side (presumably so that the connections align correctly in their male/female parts) but this pair arrived with a little extra clear plastic covering which seems to obstruct a proper connection. HAS ANYONE ELSE RUN INTO THIS? Are you supposed to take a tool and break off this "extra"? (I'm holding off on any surgery until I research further or hear back here. TIA ... : [Rating this only as 4 as it isn't determined if this will work, as delivered, in a standard USB connection.]
Little adapters big suprise! . I was looking around for a Bluetooth adapter for a generic device (a weather station) I have that doesn't always work well with "brand name" dongles. I found others that were in the $10-20 range but didn't want to spend that much. I bought these as a "what the heck" purchase because of the unbelievable price.They come in a little white bag which arrived within 10 days. When I opened it there were no instructions, no disk, no receipt, just 2 little USB nubs. I thought "aw crap".I have a Dell XP Desktop and a Toshiba Windows 7 Laptop. I plugged one into each and BOTH of them recognized the device as a Bluetooth immediately and installed the correct driver. Within literally 5 minutes I was downloading data off the station! I am so happy, I just bought 2 more in case I loose one (they are very tiny).
WORKS ! . These things are kind od amazing. Tiny little plugs, but Windows 7 adds them and they work, Amazing at the price.
Just what the Dr Mario Ordered. . You may need better bluetooth support then what microsoft offers like blue soleil but these work great! I'm letting a friend borrow one and I use it for the wiimote pc hack and now I play guitar hero with a guitar and emulators with my wiimote loving it! might buy more just to be bluetooth crazy!! 8D Great Product and Fast Shipment. Super buggy; steer clear . It sometimes works, but don't count n it. Super buggy, unreliable.stay away. It will nit work when u need it too.
Cheap...in every way. . The adapter seemed to connect, the computer said it recognized it, but nothing else happened. I still couldn't connect my bluetooth device to the computer. Either a wizard of some kind failed to start or there is something else the user is supposed to do. I have no idea because there was not even one sentence of instruction with the adapter. Which I had to wait a week or so for, by the way. I see the price has dropped since I got it. Until it gets to 0.00, and they pay for the shipping, stay away.
