Works Great . The pcb installed and worked great. It came with everything whether you needed a half or full height card. The install cd had all current operating systems for installing but it was not needed as windows automatically detected the card and installed the drivers.

Cons Review
Card Crashed My 64-Bit System . I installed the PCI card in my Windows 7 64-bit system and tried booting the system. THe system would not boot. Tried another PCI-Express slot. Same result. Removed the card and the system booted just fine.
