Awesome Product . Very nice NAS device for a small business. The user interface is clean and easy to use. Within 10 minutes I was able to setup the entire system and get up and running. Very impressed with this product so far.

Works great for a small home server . The product is great and still haven't fully play around with it yet. The qpackage has so much to play around with and it's been running for over 6 months now. Support is great and respond back ASAP. Great product, wish I went for the bigger model.

Awesome Device - Fast Delivery . This product fit the bill exactly what I was looking for. I didn't realize I was getting a brand new product line until I received it and compared it to the new ones at QNAP and realized the great price from Amazon. Delivery was also pretty quick.

Cons Review
Media Server just Locks up the whole device . I really think I need to send this device back. We have alot of photos and using the media server simply locks up the entire device. Whenever a single browser session is opened to the media server to browse photos, the whole device just locks up and you cant even get to the file shares. Perhaps there is some limitation? We have about 7 directories holding aprox 100 to 150 photos each. The thumbnails take at least 10 minutes to fully display and during that time the whole device is just locked up. CPU is 100% and memory is 100%.We really wanted this device for sharing photos , videoo and files, but the Photo viewing in media manager simply doesnt work. Perhaps there is another model that will handle this better?
