works well . packaging is rather amateur - but it works well and gets us a much better signal on our virgin usb key modem
Great bargain! . This antenna worked very well - pulled in full bars from our local cell tower.

Does what it says . If you want to improve your reception without having to buy an expensive router, this is the way to go. Very easy to hook up and install. Can be placed just about anywhere you may need it to be.

Its Alright . Main reason i bought this product was i don't get a very good signal at my house so i keep my modem placed in the window for best reception, i was having a problem that every time the sun came out i risked the chance of baking my modem. The antenna fixed that so it takes the heat and not the modem. Didn't improve the signal greatly but did seam to help, for all not knowing, this is a magnetic antenna and does not have a ground plane built in, for best results place on a piece of metal with magnetic properties 28 inches or bigger. I am not current using a piece of metal, it currently is just placed in the window sill.

Cons Review
Waste of Money and Time!! **READ** . This product will not do anything for your USB broadband, It took longer than what the company stated it would to ship to my house, the product arrived in a rolled up bag with no instructions, plugged it into my 3g broadband USB no signal gain whatsoever, I thought maybe location, went out side got on top of roof with the antenna still no signal gain, found out where the local cell tower was pointed it directly no signal gain. This was the biggest waste of money and time. I am very displeased! + < PS > There is no tracking information for this product so order it and wait for about a week wondering where it is... -_-
Didn't improve the signal level . I use this antenna with a Virgin Moble MC760 and I thought this high end antenna would improve my low level signal but it didn't. My signal out here in the country is low enough that the connection to the cell tower switches between EVDO and RX1 speeds. This antenna did not improve this. However, I will keep it because I believe it keeps me from dropping the connection altogether. Not too happy with Virgin Mobile either. Lots of times the connection speed is OK but I get web page timeouts because their DNS server is not responding.
If I had to do again, I would try the cheaper antennas first.
