don't be fooled by the giant antennae! . It works, and that's why I give it 4 stars. It doesn't get the range that I thought it would, but it does work. It barely covers my small house. That's why I docked it a star. I figure the whole idea of having the larger gain antennae is to get better coverage, but it doesn't. I am using it in a reverse situation where I use it to make my server 2008 R2 an access point using connectify, so that may have something to do with the reduced coverage area. Although I have tried to connect to other access points in the neighborhood that it finds very well, but doesn't connect. So still dissapointed in the range.

Cons Review
Not worth it . I bought this hoping to get better signals at RV Parks. Not necessarily. The product does catch more signals and does show that there are three to even four bars; however, when trying to connect, it just doesn't seem to be able to. What's the point in showing strong signals when you can't connect to them. At times, I'm able to connect ...but most often get frustrated that I can't connect to signals with three to four bars. Not worth it.
