No hassle install . The card was delivered in a week and it took me about 3 minutes to install it and was up and running on my Windows 7 machine with out a hitch. I'm buying two more for my linux machines. My guess is the one star review zapped his MB with static by not grounding himself before installing the card

It works great . My husband has had the same computer since 2007. It did not have wireless capabilities; it was always connected to a router through an Ethernet cord. After moving and deciding a 100 ft cord stretched along the wall was not visually appealing, we decided to get this wireless card to sever any unnecessary cords. The computer was in the same room as the router and it worked fine. I've moved once again and the router is now down stairs and my husband's computer is upstairs and we still have a solid connection. I'm not sure if I should give the wireless card or the router the credit but either way, this card has served its purpose and hasn't given him problems since he installed it.

Love it! - Works as Advertised! . I purchased this because I realized my 100mbps ethernet pci card was NOT uitilizing the 300mbps high speed Im paying for. For some reason Im still not getting the 360mbps but 270mbps. thats more than double what I was getting so Im happy. Why? The price was not outrageous and Im getting faster connection speeds. Thats why. It is easy to set up, did not have any problems getting it installed, fired up and speeding along.

Works Great! . I ordered 2 and they worked great only problem is one of my motherboards is a pretty old model with low video graphics and i believe low PCI support so it didnt work so well but on my other PC its worked perfectly!!!!
Somewhat Difficult to set up at first. . Product was somewhat difficult to set up, the CD sent with the product has several different drivers for different products they sell. Once I got the right drivers selected and installed it works great in long range conditions with a good to excellent signal. I am happy I purchased this product and the price was great.

great value . This is a great value but you need to have some experience in loading software. once installed this card performed better than my name brand card in another computer. The software loaded easily however the directions did not work with the enclosed CD. Throw away the instructions, go to explorer and there will be two folders, chose the folder with the software that works for several listed model numbers and install this software... an very easy install at this point... The management software works well and I use it.
ralink chipset wireles adapter for pc . This network adapter works great with my old desktop running windows xp. I purchased this card due to the speed and price. Installing was easy, simply put disk in when windows told me to, found the correct .exe file and done.
Match your card to your router . I replaced my type 'G' card with this 'N' card. Had a slower data flow than expected. A call to the router tech support suggested that a change to a 'N' card, matching the 'N' router, would probably solve the problem. It did and the speed doubled.
Instalation was smooth, easy and quick.
The card was the lowest price for a 'N' card and it has performed flawesly during the month it's installed. I recommend it.

Cons Review
Short distance "ONLY" . Doesn't reach as far as card it was replacing, won't connect to router 80% of time. I had to buy a big booster antenna to get it to connect 60% of time. I'm now looking for another card to replace it. It should work ok, if your router is close. (Under 75FT) But I was told if it's a "N" they all get the same distance, and it's not true. When it connects it's ok. But it doesn't connect half the time or drops large downloads a lot. Needs longer range.
