Comes with drivers, and an interface/control program for XP.
XP: The interface to program it is a bit terse and klunky. The manual is insufficient. Made in China. The driver software can change the way you log-in to your windows system. There seem to be some instabilities in the system, if the wireless negotiation doesn't work well, it can blue-screen.
Once configured, it seems reliable.
Win 7: windows 7 has drivers that handle it quite well with less configuration pain than the manufacturer's interface for XP. Seems fairly reliable. No need to install the manufacturers disk at all.
