MiFi for Philippines . MiFi 2352 works for philippine user. It connects Smart, Globe and Sun broadband connections. I would refer this to all Ipad users with Wifi. Instead of getting the Ipad 3G this is the product you need. it connects not only your Ipad but also it can connect you cellphone or laptop at the same time. Why pay an extra monthly charge just to power you Ipad when you can share it with this devise.
Novatel Wireless MiFi 2352 Intelligent Mobile Hotspot for HSPA Networks (optimized for Europe & Asia) Reviews
One of the greatest gadgets I have ever purchased! . I bought the international version of this item (2352) because I live in a country where there are very few wifi hotspots, but almost a 100% cellular coverage. So it served as a very convenient way of carrying your own hotspot with you wherever you go. I must admit I was not expecting it to perform as well as it did. The fact that it can accept any kind of cellular service (3G, Edge or GPRS) makes it particularly effective. Ideally, you'd want to use it with a 3G subscription to get really good performance from your internet connection. It works like a charm, and is super fast. Perhaps it would be nicer if the battery could last a little longer, but then most typical laptop batteries run out before the mifi one does. All in all, I highly recommend this product and am giving it a 5-star rating. It's every it claims to be. I'm very happy with it.
Novatel Wireless MiFi 2352 Intelligent Mobile Hotspot for HSPA Networks (optimized for Europe & Asia) Opinions
Worked great in Italy . We were in Italy in May/June of 2011. Internet was spotty in many places. Some places said they had WiFi but it worked poorly or not at all. This device worked great and kept all of our devices online.

Took a while to find the correct place to purchase a Sim card but finally was able to get one from a TIM (Telecom Italia Mobile) store. Vodaphone would not sell a Sim card even though they sell an identical device.

It should be noted that data rates in Italy are a bargain. For 25 euros I got a 100-hour, UNLIMITED data SIM card. It is 100 hours by USAGE; not by the calendar (or clock) like in the USA. 100 hours lasted us the entire 3-week trip. Too bad we can't get something like this in the U.S.!

As others have mentioned, the device runs a bit warm and the battery life could be better but since it works just fine while plugged in the AC power it wasn't a big issue.

Quirks:
Occasionally seems to lock up. All lights are on but there is no throughput & it won't turn off. Copying a page from my Blackberry's playbook - I removed the battery and then put it back in. Presto! - it works properly again.

If the electricity goes out while you are charging the device and then comes back on, the device turns itself on even though it had been powered off. If you are in an area where the electricity is flakey don't charge the device if you aren't around or you might use up your purchased time.
WiFi Anywhere . The MiFi 2352 is everything they say it is - I travel around the US with work colleagues and also back the the UK a few times a year. Using AT&T here in the US and Orange in the UK

For Work in the US
My co-workers and myself connect in the car on the way to the airport and at the airport. On a recent southwest from Dallas to LA landed in San Antonio for a pickup of passengers ONLY and got delayed an hour, we were able to work with no problem and my son was even able to FaceTime video call me because my Iphone had connected to the MiFi as a WiFi....... very cool. In client meetings across the US my team always has internet access.(AT&T geting a lot better now.

For the UK trips with the family
Just swap the sim out for the Orange UK sim and i have WiFi in the Jaguar for my 7 year old son for the 4 hour drive up from London. Parents only have std dial up so we use the MiFi there for a fast mobile connection.

Currently connecting - iPhone4, iPhone3, iPhone3G, Ipad, MacBook Pro, Samsung Laptop and more with no issues - found the AT&T and Orange APN settings on the web no problem.

Great tool for work and home - Quantum Wireless delivered the goods here in more ways than one.
Novatel 2352 + T-Mobile = Great combo . MiFi 2352 + T-Mobile = Great Combo

(1) I ordered a Novatel MiFi 2352 from Amazon and received their usual good service.

(2) I use my desktop 90% of the time to connect to the internet via my home wi fi network. I also wanted to be able to connect from my lap top while traveling, but would only do that 10% of the time, so I was reluctant to sign up for a contract, as the cheapest I could find was $30 per month.

(3) I went to my local T-Mobile store and discovered they sell a Pre-paid service: you load your account with money -- check, credit card or cash at the store -- and you then draw down against it as you access the internet. You can refill your account as you need to, on line or by phone. You'll also need to pay $10 for a SIM card, which you insert into your MiFi 2352.

(4) The combination works like magic. It was easy to connect my lap top to the 2352; my wife's iPad also connects, and my Kindle. The 2352 can connect up to 5 devices at one time. You always have your own mobile hotspot with you, and as long as you're in range of a T-Mobile cell site, you can connect.

(5) The only reason I did not give the 2352 Five stars is because I have had it barely one day, and can't speak about long-term reliability.
Easy to set up works as advertised . I use the Mifi 2352 in Afghanistan. The setup was fairly easy, but navigating the different tabs is somewhat time consuming. It works as advertised, and i use it primarily for my IPad. Up and downloaded pictures from Drop Box, and downloaded and read a digital magazine (although a little slow, but I blame the local data network). I got about 6 hours of battery life from a full charge. All in all a handy gadget to add to my collection and one that will be very useful.
It works perfectly when I was in Singapore but not in the UK . I was recently in London and I tried both three.co.uk and vodafone prepaid data sim. For both, the light is "solid red" as if it cannot detect the sim. I notice someone mentioned before that it works with Orange. Is that the only one that works in the UK?
Works perfect in Europe (Vodafone Romania) . Purchased this to have a temporary internet access solution while on vacation in Europe. The modem worked flawlessly with Vodafone Romania providing a steady internet connection for a Month. I did not experience a single hang/restart while using it. Speeds were also great (HSDPA connection) and VPN pass-thru function worked fine.
The device also comes with all necessary power adapters for worldwide use.
My only complain is the price which is a bit steep but still cheaper than alternatives you'd get from a local wireless provider (about 250 euro vs $250 which is a huge difference).
MiFi Australia Telstra/Bigpond . Just to save someone else buying this device for use with the telstra/bigpond wireless internet service...

Don't bother.

Telstra Business and Bigpond link their wireless sim cards to specific devices and this device therefore doesn't work with them. Shame but worth a try on my part :)
Excellent device . I am using it in Chile (Entel) and it works just fine, it is a small and light device you can take everywhere and I am able to connect my iPad, netbook and ipod touch at the same time. It is amazing !!
