64 Bit OS users Beforewarned . Simply put the supplied software (installed on the device) is 32 bit only. The manufacturer's website has a dead link to download the updated (they call it a "patch") software.The phone numbers on the contact us page are disconnected.Assuming the worst but hoping for the best I fired off an email to the support address requesting the software.One day later behold, an email reply with the necessary 64 bit software attached.After that the device works fine. The User Interface is very clunky. It looks like someone didn't want to take the time to build a more user friendlier skin over the configuration screen.Also it Starts the Internet Connection Sharing service (ICS) in order to route the 32 client devices to the Internet. That's fine but if the service is disabled prior to this software starting it then it should respect that and re-disable it when the device is disconnected.I use VPN and must manually visit the services page to disable ICS after each use of this device. Minor annoyance but one I guess most people could live with. If you don't use VPN then it probably is not an issue.

So far so good . So far this product works as designed. A great way to share workplace internet connections and does not need an IT guy to install it.
