Brings Your HP Printer Back To Life! . I installed this in my HP 4200 DTN (Duplex, Extra Tray, Network) printer. It replaced the old 610n that had died. It's a perfect fit and because DHCP was enabled, it instantly found my network, configured itself and set the printer up on the network. All the computers quickly were able to find the printer (Mac OS X, XP, & Vista machines) and could print to it.
The 620n is a big step ahead of the 610n. It receives jobs faster, prints the jobs faster, and has a sweet web interface! Instead of having to go through the LCD menus or Telnet into the card, I was able to easily use the HP Webjet sofware (or whatever it's called) and get the card set up exactly the way I want. It handles TCP/IP, IPX, Apple Talk, and a bunch of other protocols. My Mac found the printer really fast with this puppy installed!
If you've got an old 610n and want a big upgrade, replace it with a 620n and experience the improved speed! Awesome product!

Fixed our very expensive boat anchor . The JetDirect card in our HP Color LasetJet 5500dtn died a while back and we ordered a replacement 615n EIO card. That one worked for a few months and also stopped working so we ended up just connecting it to a PC via parallel and sharing it on the network that way. That all worked okay until we started getting some 64-Bit clients that couldn't use the printer in this configuration, so we had to start looking for a real fix. After doing some digging, we found out that the 615n cards were mostly defective and that we were lucky that our original 615n lasted as long as it did. We ordered this 620n from Amazon as a replacement and the printer is once again a true network printer and all of our users are happy again!

Good card - terrible printer utilities . Easy enough to add the card but the utility on the HP Lasernet 4015 was terrible to use and hard to configure the card.,
Just as expected- GREAT! . This was a low-cost solution that worked great. I also called the company before for a little tech advice and I received excellent support! Good job guys!

Good product at a good price. . Product arrived as mentioned and was in great condition when it arrived. Installed in minutes and works great. I would recommend this item if your in the market.
Worth the upgrade from the 615n . Product arrived promptly and as listed. It was about 1/3 the price here as HP was charging to buy it directly from them. Hopefully this version of the card won't have the same problems as the 610 and 615 cards.

Works - add WET610N wireless . Works great. Add the cheap Linksys WET610N wireless bridge to it and this card becomes wireless!! Cheaper than getting the HP EW 2500!!!
It is what it is... . I got a used 4600dtn LaserJet that did not have a NIC. I ordered this one based primarily upon price, and the shipper's rating. Received the unit quickly and had my 7 year old grand daughter install it. Works like a champ. Have it connected to my Qwest DSL modem/wireless router via Ethernet cable. All of the computers in the house (desktop and laptop) are connected (using HP software suite). Very cool.
