Nu USB 7-Port Hub (with Power Adapter) . I've only been using the Nu USB 7-Port Hub (with Power Adapter) for a few days, but so far its been working really well.
Pros:
Extremely easy to install. I just plugged it in and it was ready to go in about a minute
Haven't discovered any conflicts with Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit
Very small and works well if you have a confined work area (also has its cons)
Has an included base to fit the hub into so it sits vertically
Included cables have ample length (if I had to guess, they are about 3ft long)
Cons:
The size and weight allow it to move around due to the stiffness of the included cables to hook it up
Ports are placed rather tightly together (2 on the front; 5 on the back). This is the only reason I gave 4 stars and not 5.
Front 2 ports are actually upside down (doesn't appear to cause any issues however)
Also, at one point the hub was making a humming noise, which I never could track down the cause of. At the time the only things plugged into the hub were the included USB cable hooking it up to my Acer Aspire laptop, the included power adapter and a receiver for my Microsoft wireless mouse. It was an on and off noise which lasted about 5-10 minutes and I haven't heard it since.
As far as the hub moving around due to the stiffness of the cables... I keep it sitting on top of a small organizer so the cords actually hang downward from it, as well as I placed a small piece of textured rubber (comes in rolls for lining cabinets) under it. So far this has kept it from tilting due to the cords and/or sliding around.
I'm also going to upload some of my own pictures of the item to show its size a little more clearly and should anything else come to light, I will make sure to update this review.

Nu USB 7-Port Hub (with Power Adapter) Reviews
Does what it claims . I bought this so I could gain powered support through multiple USB ports, my old hub added ports but would not power devices that required more than just data transfers like a flash drive.
This did the trick, I can now use all the port hubs for devices like my kids Sansa Mp3 players instead of having to plug them directly into the laptop USB port. It also seems to speed up data transfers on flash drives that did work through my old un-powered hub.
Well worth the small investment, I am pleased.
