Good product poor documentation . If you want to use the advanced features of the AP, the documentation is very light. The average user would be lost. My AP is installed about 85 feet from the Powerline Ethernet connect to the router and the maximum speed is only of the wireless is only 60mb and has a red light indicating good connection. I only get a green light, best connection, when the AP is less than 25 feet. I suspect the problem is that the circuit the AP is on is located on the opposite side of the buss in the power pannel then the Powerline Ethernet is connected to.
