The CMC3000 is the latest edition of Cirago's line of compact, affordable multimedia players designed to device. Quality media player and hard disk to boot! . You won't find a better network media player. Plays all file formats and no digital artifacts. NAS storage and access is handy from the network, but copying over the network to it can be very slow at 5 Mb/s. This is very similar network write speed as the WD TV Live Media Hub. However, can load up movies via local USB access to hard disk, or just use it as a network media player off a NAS unit, which is how I use it, and you won't be sorry!!

Suprisngly Rock Solid . This device seems to be more reliable than the server I have holding its videos. Out of the box it was able to pull videos from the Windows server as easily as a computer would. Little configuration was required since I put "everyone" as having access in the NTFS privileges. I would recommend this to anyone considering purchasing a Media Center PC to consider this lightweight (and far cheaper) alternative

Nice product . This is a very nice and quality product. I have almost used all different brand of Multimedia players and found this one the best. The only feature which is missing is playing online channel (Youtube, etc.) from the player. You can only play them by buy Playon service.
