Inexpensive item for getting off the wireless set-up. . For the price, this little Ethernet switch does the job for a basic home set-up. With the growing concerns about the affects of EMF's on people, specially young children, we decided to put away the wireless router and go completely wired. We also got rid of the cordless phones and plan to fight the "smart meters" when they try to implement them in Austin, TX. I recommend this article because it gets the job done for a basic set-up and its cheap price.

Works great . Bought this for use with xbox 360 and PS3, had ethernet cable already at the wall behind tv, now I'm all set for when I buy a new tv with web apps.

Work as expected. . The product was shipped promptly. I was able to plug multiple RJ45 cables from multiple sources into the switch to use a single I/O pipe. I did have to try plugging the output RJ45 into various ports on the switch. The important thing is this is a relative inexpensive solution to my problem.
