You've come to the right place. . It works perfectly for what I bought it for. I purchased this to connect my Sony PlayStation 3 controller wirelessly to my laptop.I used the program MotionInJoy to make all most of this work for me, but the key was always finding a powerful and reliable bluetooth dongle. If this managed to connect something as abstract as a console video game controller on a laptop running windows 7, I can just about guarantee that whatever you're trying to connect with this adapter will work.

Works great for MotionInJoy . I bought this product because I read in a forum that it works well with MotionInJoy (program to use PS3 controllers on Computer). As advertised, it works great for that software. I am very pleased on that aspect. I have not used it for any other purpose so I cannot comment on that point of view. The negatives (very little to me) is that it is so small it can be a little hard to take out of USB slots. Also, even when my computer is off the device keeps blinking. Not big enough of a deal for me to not LOVE it.

Decent bluetooth adapter . I had a little trouble getting this adapter to work using Windows 7. Windows did not seem to automatically install this device so I loaded the software from the disk provided. I thought the Blue Soleil software provided was horrible and I was never able to successfully transfer files from my cell phone using the software. I downloaded a more recent version of the software from their website which worked and was much more user friendly, however, it was only a trial version and I was not willing to pay for an upgrade. My bluetooth headphones connected but the audio playback was poor and choppy. At this point I uninstalled everything and started over. This time Windows 7 automatically installed the drivers and I did not load anything from the disk. I am now able to transfer files from my phone and my headphones work great.
So I am now happy with the device but I am giving it 3 stars due to the poor software provided with it and the difficulty in setup.

ehhh not so good . could never get this to work right, only if sitting next to printer would it connect and print. Which defeats the purpose of using bluetooth to send documents to printer from another room. I bought this one because it was supposed to work from up to 330 feet away. My printer was less than 100 feet away. Contacted support several times they would just send me to their website to download software again.
Does the job but falls short in distance. . We professionally develop Bluetooth Marketing software and were looking for an alternate and cheaper antenna to offer our clients. The Trendnet 106UB seemed to be the perfect choice due to the company's reputation and previous Bluetooth adapter ratings. This adapter, however, fell well short of the advertised Class 1 range of 330 feet. In our tests, it barely connected over 100 feet. For day-to-day use, it might be worth the purchase, but not for professional Bluetooth Marketing campaigns.
Overall Good Product . I use this for connecting wiimotes to my computer and it works great. No problems just plugged it in and use the software. Arrived quickly and works great.
Just Right . I was very careful in selecting which bluetooth dongle to buy. I have a Cirago class 1 for work and needed one for home. Compared to the Cirago, this one cost less and the software seems better. They both work great for listening to A2DP music!
Nice little adapter . The device is small, but oddly enough it fit rather tight and it is going to be difficult to remove. A bit of metal sticks out in addition to the cap, but the two pieces are nearly flush so there is no 'lip' to grab onto.
Taking a lesson from the TBW-105UB reviews, I did not use the included disk. I downloaded the driver from the TrendNet website, which is by BlueSoleil. I unchecked the 'load automatically' checkbox since I'll only occasionally use it. Even so, I can see it blinking every few seconds, so I'll have to figure out how to turn off the 'beacon': since the rest of the driver isn't loaded, it can't connect anyway!
